Project Information

The Canada Project Site is one of the oldest projects in this portfolio. It was originally created as a part of a Western course, and I have since used it to chronicle my motorcycle travels. The project palette was found on the site colorlovers, and I was able to modify graphics to fit the color theme. I chose fonts that I thought would complement each other.

Once I had the design choices solid, I created a wordpress template using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. I also embedded a google map to show off my travels. At one point I also had integrated a Canadian reading list using a goodreads API. However they have since closed down that service.
